Anna Jean Wright

Anna Jean (Ogle) Wright, age 82, passed away on Saturday, November 28, at Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Erwin, TN. Anna is a daughter of the late Luther Bryant and Edith (Barnett) Ogle. She was a member of Chestoa Baptist Church. She lived for her children. In addition to her parents, Anna Wright is preceded in death by her husband Fredrick Eugene Wright and brother, Johnny Wayne Ogle Anna Wright leaves behind to cherish her memory: Sons: Dean Potter and Debbie Cochrane, Tony Potter and Debbie McConaughey, Jerry Potter; Daughters: Joan Halcomb and husband Wayne, Teresa Jones; Step-daughters: Gay Otey, Joy Thompson; Grandchildren: Jeremiah Honeycutt, Rachelle Boggs, Bridget Peterson, Cierra Potter; Great Grandchildren: Winter Honeycutt, Destiny Sanders, Brooklyn Sanders, Abigail Peterson, Caleb Peterson; Sisters: Eva Mae Griffith, Kaye Barnett, Sue Ellis, Kathy Silver; Brother: Bobby Ogle. Special Cousin: Pat Yong Several other cousins, nieces, and nephews. The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Anna Jean (Ogle) Wright in a funeral service to be held in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 1:00 pm. Pastor Charles David Byrd officiate. A visitation period will be from 12:00pm until service time at Valley Funeral Home on Wednesday. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 2 at 2:00 pm in Garland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Williams, Wayne Halcomb, Jeremiah Honeycutt, and Kevin Barnett.
