Julie Ann Gouge, age 28, of Unicoi, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at the Johnson City Medical Center, She is a native of Washington County and a daughter of John W. and Judy Clark Gouge of Limestone Cove Community, Unicoi, TN. Julie had attended Limestone Cove Christian Church. She loved computers, music and was a very sweet and gentle person who loved everyone she met. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 5:00 PM, and continue until service time on Friday at Valley Funeral Home. A committal service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM, February 13, 2016, at Gouge Cemetery, John Gouge Road, Unicoi, TN.
