Kyle Foster

Kyle Cecil Foster, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, January 10 at his home in Liberty Township, Ohio. Born on August 22, 1926, he was a native of Erwin, Tennessee and son of the late Larkin and Minta Foster. While in Erwin he attended Calvary Baptist Church. When he was younger he sang in the choir and was a youth group teacher.He moved to Ohio when the trucking company he worked for moved there. He worked for Mason Dixon Tucking and then Osborne Trucking. He retired from Osborne Trucking Co. He enjoyed gardening and working with his plants and flowers, spending time with family, grandchildren and friends.In addition to his parents, Kyle Foster is preceded in death by his wife of 50 some years Madge Foster also of Erwin, Tennessee. He is also preceded in death by siblings Macie Poteat, Enza Foster, Clyde Foster, Carl Foster, Guy Foster, Horace Foster, and Warren Foster and L.J. Foster. Kyle has left behind to cherish his memory: Daughter Pam Lierer and husband Tom of Liberty Township, Ohio. Grandchildren: James Lierer of Columbia, South Carolina, Kyle Lierer and Sophia Lierer of Liberty Township, Ohio. Great granddaughter Kayleigh Lierer. Brothers Buck Foster (Jean) Erwin Tennessee and Paul Foster (Brenda) of Erwin Tennessee Sister Helen Finley (Bob) of Columbia, South Carolina And many nieces and nephews.The family respectfully request the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Kyle Foster in a graveside funeral service to be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Roselawn Memory Garden Cemetery. Reverend David Crutchfield will officiate. Musical selections will be provided by Jonathan Crutchfield on the violin. Those who wish to attend will meet at Roselawn Memory Garden Cemetery by 1:50 PM.In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Middletown Ohio 3909 Central Ave, Ohio 45044.Condolences and memories may be shared with the family and viewed at www.valleyfuneralhome.net.
