Herbert Treadway

http://videos.lifetributes.com/231648 Herbert Treadway, age 82, of Erwin, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Flag Pond, TN, and a son of the late Braske and Viola Pate Treadway. Herbert was a press operator for General Motors until his retirement in 1984 after 36 years. He attended Shallow Ford Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Poore Treadway.   He survived by: Daughters:    Patti and Skip Olszewski, of Davison, MI;     Paula Treadway, of Davison, MI; Grandchildren:     Stephanie Sloan, of Flint, MI;     Matthew Funch, of Flint, MI;     David Treadway, of Las Vegas, NV;     Johnathan Treadway, Serving with the US ARMY in Iraq;     Ashley Treadway, of Westland, MI;   Four Great Grandchildren   Funeral Services for Herbert Treadway will be held Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home. Bishop John Edwards will officiate. Vocal Selections will be provided by Bradley Williams. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 9, 2011 from 5:00 PM until service time. Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 9:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery in Erwin.
