Ruthie ... while working with you, we never really knew much about your family but, when we heard of the passing of your mother, we felt compelled to respond. Walter and I want to express our condolences in the passing of your mother and remind you to hold on to the wonderful memories of your mother and be strong. Our condolences are also expressed to your family members, too. We love you and Butch.

I was deeply saddened when I heard the news about "Mamaw Clark" passing away. When I was younger I felt like she was my adopted grandmother. She and Wayne were always so loving and sweet to me. Not to mention all the love I was given from Gwen, Wayne and Staci and I will never forget that. I am sure there were times when they wished they could have gotten me out of their hair and house but it was never apparent to me. She will be greatly missed. I pray that God will surround your family with an bundle of peace and love during this time and give you the assurance that Heaven has received an amazing new angel.

Dear Wayne and Girls:
My heart breaks at the lose of my long time friend. I can imagine that when the angels ushered Janie to heaven they thought it would be like others they had escorted, only to find that couldn't lift the crown set aside for her due to the weight because of the number of stars! It will takes days for Jesus to go over all her rewards with her.

I always told her that when this day came, I was going to ensure there was a bottle of Clorox going with her so she could immediate start cleaning in heaven! I remembered how she would laugh when I would tell her that.

A few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, I was very busy when sudderenly I felt a prompting to go visiting Janie. I stopped immediately, grabbed my dog and went to see her! I am thankful now that I listened to the promptings of my soul. I so glad that I had that time with her.

I pray God's bountiful mercy upon each of you as you go thru this trying time. I will be praying for each of you.

My love.
