I enjoyed growing up with Ray, and knowing he had the same loving parents that all of us on Rock Creek did. We always had good times along with the bad times. My thoughts go to
all the Family & Friends for the loss of a Good Man & Friend.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Howard family. I am so sorry that I am unable to be at the funeral. Ray was a good friend and someone who always helped others.
We are sorry for your loss. We are thinking and praying for you and your family. We love yall and let us know if we can do anything.
